Half Marathon Training Run 35 hillsTraining week 10 of my half marathon training is on! Only two weeks more until run to the beat in London!! 🙂

Another hill-run. I switched my Wednesday run to Tuesday as I will be running on Thursday again and wanted to give my foot a little rest after the hills.
It was a tough one (as you can tell by looking at my heart rate!), but I already feel a little improvement compared to last weeks hill run. This was my run:

Slow run for 5 minutes

3 mins 6% incline
1 min recovery
3 mins 7% incline
1 min recovery

3 mins 8% incline
1 min recovery
3 mins 9% incline
1 min recovery
3 mins 10% incline
1 min recovery
3 mins 9% incline
1 min recovery
3 mins 8% incline
1 min recovery
3 mins 7% incline
1 min recovery
3 mins 6% incline

5 mins cool down
