Half Marathon Training Week 4: Run 13

I’m back to my training schedule! Yay 🙂 I was supposed to do an 12k run. Still feeling tired after my 8k race on I Saturday I had to kick myself in the butt to go out in the evening before sleeping in front of the TV 😉

First 3k were like uahhh. My legs were sore and heavy, but I pushed trough the bad through the bad thoughts. From 4k on my mood changed: I was so relaxed and enjoyed my run, thinking about going more milometers than I was supposed to. So I went for a brandnew route – btw, I didn’t knew where I was running exactly and to be honest I thought that I would maybe run a complete half marathon distance 😀 The route wasn’t that long, luckily, because at the end of my run I felt a slight pain in my foot 🙁 The injury isn’t completely gone yet, but I am working on that by taking magnesium and Wobenzym Plus which consists of enzymes from pineapples (active ingredient Bromelain),  papaya (active ingredient Papain) and active ingredients Trypsin and Chymotrypsin.

Finally I did comfortable 14k 🙂
