Training Week 5 started with a comfortable 14k run. I had to wait until it was getting dark outside because it’s really hot in Germany at the moment!
First 4k were tough – as always! I don’t know if it’s normal that I always have to push through so hard for the first kilometers of my run, but I guess I have to live with this. And while I’m like “I don’t want to go further anymore / my legs hurt so much” I know that the pain will be gone in a few kilometers and that I will then have the best time of my day! Just like this Monday 🙂 I tried some new songs from the Future Trance 64 compilation which made me singing and jumping most of the time 😉
