Week 6 of my half marathon training schedule started really tough. On Monday afternoon I had an 1 hour workout which really made me sweat – and once arrived at home I had to get into my running shoes for a slow long distance run (14k)! It was a really nice run because the sun was shining. After 4k I was feeling kind of unstoppable and speeding up at the end of the run.
Wednesday used to be my long-interval-run, but I skipped it. My legs were really sore and I felt totally out of power. So next training run will be on Friday: Intervals! 🙂
