Saturday-recovery-run. I went out early in the morning to avoid the heat in germany! My pre-running-breakfast (powerbar energy bar & sports drink) 30mins before going out fueled me up very well. I’m gonna stick to this – and won’t have to fear morning runs anymore, like once upon a time, when I went out without anything in my tummy 😉
This was my last 12k for a while, regarding my half marathon training schedule … It’s getting harder!
