Half Marathon Training Week 7: Run 28

Half Marathon Training Run 28 I had my Saturday-recovery-run on sunday, because on Saturday I was feeling very unwell. Slept all day and took a break to recover.

I guess I am not the only person whose legs won’t stop hurting 😉 I get really used to it, although I am a bit afraid that this pain might cause serious problems … I still feel the former injury, especially after a long run. That’s why I try to keep it slow. That’s why I only did 12k on sunday instead of 14k (regarding my half marathon training schedule).
