Half Marathon Training Week 8: Run 29

Half Marathon Training Run 29 run freeA new week, another great training run for my half in selptember! HM training week number 8, run 29 started early on monday morning to avoid the heat. The sun was shining and my route was 16k long, according to my training schedule – a nice distance to run along most of Hanovers sightseeing-highlights!

For “breakfast” I tried a new oat bar, instead of my powerbar apple strudel bar … well, this was a bad idea. I didn’t feel energized at all. Bad on a morning run with a nearly empty stomach … Guess what I’m doing today? Buying loads of apple strudel bars 😉
